Friday Fun with a Five year old

My oldest G-baby and i had a great time yesterday. She came over & said "Let's do Crafts"

We did an easy layered Paint project that she so Loved. I used some dollar canvases and

paint. Paint was everywhere & so worth it to see the Smile on her Face.

I think most of us have dreamed about taking down a Bully & being a Hero to the Hurting. I designed this simple necklace to help give a little Peace & as reminder that what

they are going through will pass & that they are Loved by you & others. I added a longer chain so it can be worn under a shirt and would hang next to the Heart. I am going to give 3 away. Becky Lee and her sister sponsor 5 kiddos in Ethiopia through Children's Hopechest. They are planning a trip to visit the care centers in November and decided to start fundraising early for the trip so that they can bring lots of donations, and for the building projects they will be doing while in country. They have a personal goal is to raise at least $7,000.00 & ultimate to be able to giveaway a mission trip to one lucky winner! I donated a necklace to help them raise funds.

Hope & Heart for Haiti one year later.

My Heart is filled with Hope & Sadness for the People of Haiti Today. It is hard to see that so many are still living in tents too. We must not forget about them & the suffering & Loss they are still dealing with. I have Hope because of the many People that have gone to Haiti & are Going & Giving Love & Support to the Haiti People & especially the Precious Orphans.
